• You must be at least 18, or have a parent’s or guardian’s consent.
• Give accurate and complete details when you place an order.
• We may change or discontinue any part of the website or our services without notice.

• Product descriptions, images and prices may change at any time without notice. We work to keep them accurate but can’t guarantee every detail is free of errors.
• Every order is subject to availability and to our confirmation: we call or WhatsApp you to confirm it.
• We may refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

• Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT, unless we state otherwise.
• You pay on delivery, in cash or by card, or in our Sharjah store when you collect your order.
• If there’s a payment dispute, we may hold or cancel the order until it’s resolved.

• We process orders within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Delivery times vary by location.
• The delivery fee is calculated by destination and confirmed when we call to confirm your order.
• We aren’t liable for delays caused by couriers or customs clearance.

• Unused, undamaged items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of purchase.
• Refunds are issued after we inspect the returned item, within 5–7 business days.
• Some items, such as software and digital products, can’t be returned.

• All products come with the manufacturer’s warranty, and we aren’t liable for warranty-related issues.
• For a warranty claim, contact the manufacturer directly, or contact us for guidance.

• Harassment, abusive language and attempts to compromise the website’s security aren’t allowed.

The content of this website, including its text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to My Gamings Hub or its licensors. Don’t use, reproduce or distribute it without permission.

• We aren’t responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our services.
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE law, including Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
